This flat East facing lot is perfect for watching the sunrise over the lake and the yard is great for lawn games and enjoying the sunshine. You will appreciate the approx 117 feet of lakeshore on the great lot and that there is a boat house near the lake that has a concrete floor and electricity and there is a storage shed for lawn equipment.
